The only ingredients you'll find in our recipe are fruits: Strawberry, Banana, Raspberry

Each bag represents the equivalent of 6 servings of 200 grams of fresh fruit that we have dehydrated at very low temperatures in order to preserve their good taste and nutritional benefits (vitamins, fibers, antioxidants, etc.)

How to use:

To prepare a 1.5L drink:

 1 — Pour 130cl of water and 6 ice cubes into your blender

 2 — Add the entire bag

 3 — Mix between 30 seconds and 1 minute

 4 — It's ready!

To prepare a 25cl drink:

 1 — Pour in 20 cl of water 

 2 — Add 2 rounded tablespoons of preparation.

 3 — Mix between 30 seconds and 1 minute

 4 — It's ready!

NB: The proportions of water and preparation can be adjusted according to the desired texture.
