Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. Simply sending the item back without notifying us in advance is not sufficient.

Once your return request has been approved and you have received return instructions, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• The product should be returned in its original packaging (if possible)
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
• For hygiene reasons, sealed products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken

Return shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Any standard delivery costs from the original order will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Important:
Returns sent without prior contact with customer service will not be accepted as valid returns.
