Usage – this is how you best protect yourself in the sun:

1. Shake the bottle well before use

2. Apply liberally about 20 minutes before sun exposure

3. Cover the whole body – The Cancer Council recommends 1 teaspoon per arm and leg, as well as the front and back

4. Reapply every two hours – and always after swimming, sweating or toweling off.
