Magnesium Oil is a powerful, high-quality magnesium supplement in a convenient spray form. Magnesium is a vital mineral that affects everything from muscle function and energy levels to concentration and sleep. Magnesium deficiency can manifest itself in many ways, such as muscle twitching, restless legs, headaches or disturbed sleep at night.

Efficient, clean and easy to use:
This product contains only pure magnesium chloride from Genuine Zechstein and water – nothing else. The formula feels slightly oily upon application and contains 31% magnesium chloride, which is approximately 58 mg of magnesium per pump. The body only absorbs the amount needed, making the product safe and impossible to overdose on.

Use:

Spray 5–10 pumps directly onto the skin, for example on legs, arms, stomach, neck or back. A tingling sensation may occur – this is completely normal. For faster absorption, you can apply a body lotion on top, preferably from MARIA ÅKERBERG. Use daily or as needed.
