Boiling marrow bones from cattle yields a high-quality product containing approximately 80% collagen types I, II, III, IV, and V. The product also contains traces of collagen types VI and IX. Once the broth has finished boiling, the liquid is mixed with a small amount of sunflower lecithin to make the powder easily soluble, and then it is spray-dried into powder. The marrow bones used for the product come from Swedish grass-fed cows.
